Instructions
- Start by preparing your watermelon. Cut it into bite-sized cubes and ensure it’s chilled for maximum freshness.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled feta cheese.
- Tear the fresh mint leaves and add them to the bowl. If you’re using cucumber, toss it in at this stage.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and squeeze the lime juice on top.
