Description

A zesty homemade jalapeño lime hot sauce that enhances the flavor of any dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz white onion, chopped
  • 1 oz garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add jalapeños, onion, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan.
