Description

A rich and creamy fudge featuring Cadbury eggs, perfect for Easter or any special occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 drop gel yellow food coloring
  • 16 ounces milk chocolate melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixer, beat the butter and corn syrup together.
  2. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt, and milk. Beat until smooth.
  3. Remove 2/3 of the mixture to a separate bowl, and beat in several drops of yellow food coloring to the remaining mixture.
  4. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Melt chocolate according to package directions.
  6. Pour half of the chocolate into the pan to cover the bottom of the dish.
  7. Spread the white layer over the chocolate.
  8. Drop the yellow layer over the white layer, spreading gently with a knife.
  9. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over, spreading evenly.
  10. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
  11. Using a VERY hot knife, cut into squares and store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
