Description
A rich and creamy fudge featuring Cadbury eggs, perfect for Easter or any special occasion.
Ingredients

- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 drop gel yellow food coloring
- 16 ounces milk chocolate melted
Instructions
- In a mixer, beat the butter and corn syrup together.
- Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt, and milk. Beat until smooth.
- Remove 2/3 of the mixture to a separate bowl, and beat in several drops of yellow food coloring to the remaining mixture.
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Pour half of the chocolate into the pan to cover the bottom of the dish.
- Spread the white layer over the chocolate.
- Drop the yellow layer over the white layer, spreading gently with a knife.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
- Using a VERY hot knife, cut into squares and store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
